The cleanliness is very poor, with pubic hairs in the shower. The hotel information is misleading and the TV in the bar doesn't work. It's the worst place I've ever been to and I will never return. The place should be shut down, especially since they only offer continental breakfast.

We usually stay in the area to visit family and tried Berwick Manor as an alternative to the Premier Inn. However, it was much worse and cost double the price. The staff were as helpful as possible, but the overall experience was disappointing. The amenities were subpar and the website's depiction of luxury was misleading.

The hotel is disgusting, with bugs crawling around the windows and blood spots on the curtains. The headboard was filthy and the overall experience was terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I attended a charity event in the lovely garden area of the hotel. While I cannot comment on the rooms, the garden was beautiful and the event was enjoyable.

This hotel is a scam, as the actual rooms look nothing like the pictures online. They refuse to provide refunds, so you have to go through your card provider. Additionally, the hotel has paid for fake positive reviews to improve their rating.

Berwick Manor does not live up to the expectations of a manor or a modern hotel. The place appeared closed, with outdated amenities and untidy conditions. The room was warm with clean linen, but there were issues with hot water. The continental breakfast was disappointing without a proper selection of items. Overall, the experience was subpar, especially considering a two-night booking.

This hotel had no positive aspects. The cleanliness was lacking, with dirty carpets, a shower with black residue, and a falling curtain. The restaurant was closed and the buffet breakfast was disappointing.

I stayed here for an overnight stop and it was suitable for that purpose. The breakfast was enjoyable and the room, although large, was slightly worn. The receptionist was very helpful.

The hotel has a massive empty car park upon arrival, which may not be a positive sign. The room was spacious, as was the shower room, but the evening meal was disappointing with limited options and undercooked chips. The shower was satisfactory and the location was convenient for quick access to a busy road. I might consider staying again, but wouldn't dine at the hotel. Breakfast was not included in the price but could be added for an extra charge.

I attended a garden party at this venue and found it to be enjoyable with a decent amount of outdoor space. The location is about an hour outside of London, depending on where you live. I would consider returning for similar events in the future.

As a third-party contractor, I worked on an event at the hotel and found the outdoor event space to be lovely with a great marquee. The staff were friendly and the venue was well-maintained. Although I did not see the rooms, the high cleanliness standards were evident. However, I am unsure of the appeal of visiting Romford.

The room was old and dirty, with a disgusting bathroom window and hanging curtains. The bed was uncomfortable and creaky, with only one pillow provided. The phone was in poor condition and not functional. Breakfast was terrible and served lukewarm, with undrinkable coffee and limited juice options. I would not recommend this place at all.

My mum held her wedding at this venue and stayed overnight at the hotel. The room was lovely, and the staff were amazing. The venue and staff were both exceptional, always available and helpful. I highly recommend this wonderful venue and hotel for any special events. Thank you for making my mum's day memorable.
